A soft wash incorporates special low-pressure nozzles on the end of a pressure washing gun or wand. That's combined with a biodegradable chemical that removes the biological elements (mold, algae, pollen, dirt, moss) and other stains without damaging surfaces on your home or killing your plants. Soft wash is a highly effective alternative to pressure washing to clean surfaces such as vinyl, stucco, brick, masonry, and wood.

Pressure washing or power washing is the use of high-pressure water spray to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings and concrete surfaces.

There may be other types of bacteria that reside on your windows and exterior of your house besides coronavirus. These bacteria will carry their own potential health risks. Mold, fungi, and other types of single celled spores commonly grow in dark, moist areas around your home. Typically, they are on the north side of your structure and in and around the window sills. Most of these common spores you can easily identify as yellow and/or green fuzzy matter, black dots (mainly on the gutters), or black, dark streaks running down the roof. These spores can produce COVID-19 symptoms such as: throat irritation, nasal stuffiness, runny nose, and possible respiratory problems, such as wheezing, difficulty breathing and chest tightness.
